Common questions

Is the SnapSeal mug leak-proof?
The SnapSeal lid seals with an inner gasket when pressed closed, which stops spills. Because of the handle, it is designed for desk and home use rather than a bag.

Will it fit in a car cup holder?
Probably not. The handle and wider body make it too big for most car cup holders, so it is best for home and office.

How long does it keep drinks hot?
Contigo says hot or cold for hours. Results depend on the starting temperature and how often you open the lid.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes, the parts are dishwasher safe. Hand-washing helps the metallic finish stay looking new.

What does PVD mean?
PVD (physical vapour deposition) is a coating process that gives the steel its metallic Denim colour and a durable finish.

Can I use a straw with it?
Yes. The lid has an opening that accepts a straw for cold drinks.
